Unlike a model-specific flight case, the Universal VR Flight Case uses a flexible foam layout designed to accommodate different VR headset shapes. This allows organisations to store different compatible headset models within the same flight case solution.

Instead of automatically requiring a new flight case when moving to another headset model, the existing case can continue to support compatible devices, reducing unnecessary replacement of deployment equipment.
Store and charge up to 16 VR headsets
The Universal VR Flight Case is available in configurations for either 16 softstrap headsets or 8 hardstrap headsets. The softstrap version provides built-in charging connections for up to 16 devices, while the hardstrap configuration provides up to 8 charging connections.
This gives organisations a central location for transporting, storing and charging an entire VR fleet. Headsets can remain organised between sessions and can be prepared for the next training, classroom, demonstration or event deployment without managing separate chargers for every device.
The most comprehensive Flight Case configuration offers both internet connectivity through the TP Link Wifi 6 Travel Router WR1502X and centralized headset management via the Galaxy Tab A9 tablet. For organisations that need a more complete mobile deployment setup, the Connectivity & Tablet configuration combines network connectivity with a dedicated tablet for supported headset management and deployment workflows.

To best suit your needs it is possible to buy the Flight Case in different configurations. Our Flight Case solution includes the foam inlay, the integrated charging solution and cleaning accessories. Optionally you have the possibility to add the TP-Link Wi-Fi 6 Travel Router WR1502X, it can create a network from an existing wired connection, Wi-Fi hotspot, compatible USB modem or tethered mobile device. Choosing between softstrap and hardstrap versions determines the available headset capacity and number of integrated charging connections.
