Product Information of Universal VR Flight Case (up to 8 devices)
The Universal VR Flight Case is a professional storage, charging and transport solution designed for organisations using multiple types of VR headsets. Its universal foam layout accommodates different headset shapes instead of being cut for one specific model, with configurations for up to 8 softstrap headsets or 4 larger hardstrap headsets.
This makes the flight case particularly useful for training providers, education, events and enterprise VR deployments where headset fleets can contain different models or change over time. Integrated charging keeps devices ready for use, while optional connectivity and tablet configurations can further simplify deployment and headset management.
Pros
- Supports different compatible VR headset models
- Up to 8 softstrap headsets in one case
- Accommodates up to 4 larger hardstrap headsets
- Integrated charging reduces separate cable management
- Suitable for mixed VR headset fleets
- Remains useful when organisations change headset models
- Included connectivity and tablet configurations available
- Centralises transport, storage and charging for deployments
Cons
- Universal foam is less model-specific than a dedicated custom-cut inlay

Universal VR Flight Case (up to 8 devices) has the following advantages:
One flight case for changing VR fleets
Unlike a model-specific flight case, the Universal VR Flight Case uses a flexible foam layout designed to accommodate different VR headset shapes. This allows organisations to store different compatible headset models within the same flight case solution.
The universal design also gives your organisation more flexibility when hardware is replaced or upgraded. Instead of automatically requiring a new flight case when moving to another headset model, the existing case can continue to support compatible devices, reducing unnecessary replacement of deployment equipment.
Store and charge up to 16 VR headsets
The Universal VR Flight Case is available in configurations for either 8 softstrap headsets or 4 hardstrap headsets. The softstrap version provides built-in charging connections for up to 8 devices, while the hardstrap configuration provides up to 4 charging connections.
This gives organisations a central location for transporting, storing and charging an entire VR fleet. Headsets can remain organised between sessions and can be prepared for the next training, classroom, demonstration or event deployment without managing separate chargers for every device.
The most comprehensive Flight Case configuration offers both internet connectivity through the TP Link Wifi 6 Travel Router WR1502X and centralized headset management via the Galaxy Tab A9 tablet. For organisations that need a more complete mobile deployment setup, the Connectivity & Tablet configuration combines network connectivity with a dedicated tablet for supported headset management and deployment workflows.
