RealWear Connect allows the user to call/notify all connected remote experts at once. The usual process is that an user calls a specific remote expert, when they got no reply he can call the next untill someone answers the request. With RealWear Connect you can call/notify everyone at once and the expert who is available will answer the call and closing the request. This allows for a faster response time.
The RealWear Connect works with the RealWear HMT-1, HMT-1Z1, RealWear Navigator 500 and Navigator 520. The software can also connect to communication services like Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
