The Pico G3 is a standalone 3DOF VR Headset featuring a 4K Display and the Snapdragon XR2 Chipset. The Pico G3 is the next iteration of the successful Pico G2 4K VR headset. The Pico G3 is ideally suited for use in education setups, training and onboardings where high-resolution and realistic experiences are required alongside being the perfect introductory headset to help integrate VR into your organisation.

The Pico G3 VR Headset has the following key advantages:

Powerful Performance

First, the Pico G3 is capable of handling some of the most immersive experiences and applications for any standalone VR Headset. The Pico G3 comes equipped with the industry standard Snapdragon XR2 chip, an upgrade from the Snapdragon 835 Chip found on its predecessor the G2 4K. The Pico G3 also has 128GB storage and 6GB RAM allowing the device to handle high memory-demanding applications with ease. This will allow applications & simulations to run smoothly & predictably.

4K Display

Second, the Pico G3 has a 4K display with a resolution of 3664 x 2160, 98 degrees of FOV and a 90Hz refresh rate, making it one of the best displays available for its class. The refresh rate is better than its predecessor enabling high frame rate visuals to be displayed smoothly on the headset providing a high-quality simulation experience.

Open Android Operating System

Third, the Pico G3 runs on an open Android operating system. This makes it possible to change certain settings and features on the device specifically for enterprise usage. This can be achieved by downloading Software Development Kits from the Pico Website allowing you to Broadcast from your Headset or enable Kiosk mode allowing you to deactivate buttons, remove controller usage or limit permissions customising the headset to your demands. Alongside this, you will be able to download your own software & applications onto the device thanks to its compatibility with Unity, Unreal, Open XR & WebXR engines.

Pico Business Suite

Fourth, the Pico G3 has access to the Pico Business Suite, this is an enterprise-specific operating system which enables you to manage your headsets with an inbuilt MDM solution, set up Kiosk mode alongside enabling casting & streaming.
