DeuSens expands its XR hardware partnership with VR Expert
Immersive projects often run on demanding schedules. For DeuSens, access to the right headset at the right time matters across development, trade fairs, corporate events and client deliveries. To support that work, the Spanish immersive technology studio has entered into an XR hardware partnership with VR Expert. The agreement gives DeuSens a stable framework for sourcing devices quickly and reliably. It has also helped equip HUNDRED, the Zaragoza showroom developed collaboratively by DeuSens and TECCO, where brands and potential customers can touch, try and experience immersive solutions first-hand.

An immersive studio with a broad technical range
DeuSens is a Spanish immersive technology studio with more than ten years of experience creating technology-led experiences for brands and organisations. The company reports more than 600 projects across 15 countries and more than 300 brand collaborations.
Its work spans XR and metaverse projects, digital installations, gaming and new media. Within virtual reality, DeuSens develops applications ranging from training simulators and interactive event experiences to 3D visualisation and virtual showrooms. This range allows the studio to begin with the client’s challenge and choose the technology that best supports it.
DeuSens also has practical experience deploying content on the PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise. Its VR experience for the 50th anniversary of Amnesia Ibiza, for example, was produced in Unreal Engine and designed to run on the headset in both an exhibition setting and the club itself.
The challenge: immersive technology needs to be experienced
For potential customers who have not used VR before, videos and presentations can communicate only part of the experience. They do not fully show how spatial content feels, how a user interacts with a virtual environment or how an application could work in a real venue, training programme or customer journey.
The team developed HUNDRED to make those conversations more concrete. Instead of only describing what VR, mixed reality or an interactive installation might achieve, the showroom can place the technology in a visitor’s hands and demonstrate work that DeuSens has already delivered.
More than six months went into developing the showroom concept. Four client meetings were booked before HUNDRED opened, and the space is intended to support demonstrations throughout the year rather than operate as a one-off event.
A strategic meeting point in Zaragoza
Located in Zaragoza, HUNDRED is positioned to welcome potential customers travelling from across Spain. Its location is intended to support visits from major cities including Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia and Bilbao, making it a practical setting for face-to-face demonstrations.
HUNDRED has its own identity as a collaborative space developed by DeuSens and TECCO. Inside it, visitors can experience the DeuSens Hyperexperience directly and discuss how specific immersive technologies could support their objectives, without relying on remote presentations alone.
A four-headset setup for recurring demonstrations
VR Expert has provided a mixed fleet of two PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise headsets and two Meta Quest 3 headsets. The combination gives HUNDRED access to two standalone XR platforms and more flexibility when the team discusses different content and deployment requirements with customers.
The PICO 4 Ultra Enterprise is designed specifically for business XR and supports virtual and mixed reality applications, enterprise device management and system customisation. For DeuSens, it is also a familiar platform with direct relevance to projects already delivered in public-facing environments.
Because HUNDRED is intended for repeat client sessions, access to suitable hardware is not a one-day logistics requirement. The devices need to be available for demonstrations, prepared for upcoming appointments and supported as the showroom evolves. VR Expert coordinated the initial shipment ahead of the first planned meetings and remains the hardware contact for future opportunities.
Agility beyond the showroom
The agreement grew from a relationship of trust built project by project. It now gives DeuSens a stable framework for sourcing XR devices for its own development process and for client deliveries that require hardware on-site.
That agility matters when schedules are demanding. Trade fairs, corporate events and showroom openings can leave little room for supply delays. A partner that understands those timelines, processes orders quickly and ships at the pace of production helps DeuSens keep immersive projects moving without hardware sourcing becoming a bottleneck.
When a project requires devices on-site, DeuSens can remain focused on the experience and content while VR Expert supports device selection, supply and practical deployment.
Making the partnership visible
HUNDRED gives the collaboration a permanent physical presence. A partner panel identifies VR Expert as the official XR hardware provider, so visitors see both the immersive work on display and the hardware relationship supporting its delivery.
This builds on DeuSens and VR Expert’s earlier collaboration around immersive tourism. That first story focused on how experience design and hardware expertise could support cities, museums and cultural organisations. HUNDRED moves the relationship from a sector-focused proposition into an ongoing demonstration and referral model, within a showroom co-created by DeuSens and TECCO.
From abstract interest to informed decisions
The value of HUNDRED is not simply that it displays new technology. It gives customers a clearer basis for deciding whether an immersive solution is right for them. They can experience the difference between watching a concept and entering it, discuss the operational requirements of a deployment and evaluate the hardware in the same conversation.
The space is expected to remain active for one to two years, with its setup reviewed as XR technology changes. That long-term approach creates room for HUNDRED to develop alongside the solutions on display and the needs of the customers visiting it.
HUNDRED brings DeuSens and TECCO together around a shared showroom concept. VR Expert supports the XR hardware layer, while the wider agreement gives DeuSens a dependable route to devices for development and delivery. Together, those elements turn immersive ideas into experiences that customers can assess first-hand.
