As an important part of our social media team, we’re looking for an experienced community manager. A person deeply passionate about technology, somebody who strives to create incredible content that brings people closer to the VR Expert brand. In this essential role you will be responsible for building relationships, running community initiatives and most important to make our community the largest, most inclusive, and interactive VR family in the world.
Your job as part of the VR Expert team
Actively manage the day-to-day on our primary social media channels and beyond
Be an ambassador of our brand, actively engage and interact with our fans
Find new and creative ways to reach new audiences and grow our fanbase
Create and run community activations on our channels
Develop communication guidelines in cooperation with our support, sales and marketing team
Work closely with brand, product, cross-marketing, and service teams to align our strategy
Monitor and analyze relevant feedback from our audience and funnel new ideas into the relevant departments
As a contact person and specialist, you support internal and external partners on how to expand our global community
Lead product activations and content creation in the form of new products, relevant news, exciting developments
How to become part of the VR Expert team
Excellent communication skills, strong enthusiasm, and a digital native
Your ability to collaborate with internal and external functional groups, solicit and implement their feedback
2 years work experience/Relevant study in social media, PR, or journalism / creative writing
Understanding of how to grow and manage communities
Excellent written and spoken English language skills
Experience with content creation and executing editorial calendars
