You will be the key piece between sales, operations, and marketing, helping to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Your job as part of our team:
- Assist in managing support cases, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

- Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful project implementation
- Manage logistics related to customer success, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
- Support sales efforts by providing insights and recommendations based on customer interactions
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in project management tools a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
