Virtual Reality is a technology that allows you to enter another world through glasses. Augmented reality places holograms in the real world. We supply VR/AR hardware and services to our customers. We help companies such as Rituals, Coca Cola, Heineken and Douwe Egberts through advice, excellent services and appropriate software.

Team description

VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of marketing specialists, an operations department, developers, 3D artists and creative concept makers. The average age is under 30, the atmosphere is informal, but our ambitions are high.

About the Job

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Success Intern to join our team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for supporting our customer success team in providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring successful implementation of projects, and managing logistics. You will be the key piece between sales, operations, and marketing, helping to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

Your job as part of our team

  • Assist in managing support cases, addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Interact with customers through various channels, ensuring a positive experience
  • Collaborate with the sales, operations, and marketing teams to ensure successful project implementation
  • Manage logistics related to customer success, including scheduling, documentation, and reporting
  • Support sales efforts by providing insights and recommendations based on customer interactions

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with experience in project management tools a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges
