VR Expert is a fast growing internationally oriented virtual reality/augmented reality company with offices in Utrecht, the Netherlands and Cologne, Germany. Virtual Reality is a technique that allows you to step into another world through a pair of glasses. Augmented reality places holograms in the real world. We supply VR/AR glasses to customers. We help companies such as Rituals, Coca Cola, Heineken and Douwe Egberts by providing advice, excellent services and appropriate software. We do this in 3 regions, the Netherlands, Germany and France.

Team description

VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of a team with an average age below 30, the atmosphere is informal, but our ambitions are big. We speak 4 languages and work in 3 regions. You will start at the office in Utrecht where you will be part of the operations team.

Job description

You will be part of the operations team and responsible for after sales. You deal with incoming support requests and also work proactively to provide our customers with better support. You write support documentation, make video tutorials in cooperation with the marketing team and consult with manufacturers on how we can make things more transparent. You are in daily contact with customers who have ordered. Furthermore, you immerse yourself in the products so that you really know everything about them and always have the right advice at hand. You communicate daily with the operations team and adjust/support where necessary. You report directly to the head of operations and work together with the sales and marketing team.

  • You get pleasure from really understanding the technology (in this case vr/ar). Superficiality is not for you
  • Working in a process-oriented way is something you do of your own accord and provides peace and overview
  • You are a spider in a web. You work with several people
  • You have ambition and are eager to learn.

Your Profile:

  • MBO or HBO
  • Fluent in Dutch & English.
  • Affinity with technology.
  • Communicatively strong
