As Operations Coordinator, you are mainly responsible for setting up our logistic processes.
The position
Great to have you there, otherwise the events won't run as smoothly as we would like! As Event Manager you will join us at our headquarters in Utrecht. Here you will be working with 35 enthusiastic and ambitious colleagues who do everything possible every day, to give our corporate and private clients a great VR experience!As Event Manager you will be given a lot of responsibility for organizing our VR/AR/XR events right from the start. You have a passion for events, are detail oriented and stress resistant. In addition, you are proactive, eager to learn and have a talent for managing event staff.You will take care of all our events. From small trainings to foreign events with hundreds of VR headsets. As soon as an assignment comes in, you will become the point of contact from VR-Expert. After some time you will know the basics and you will develop yourself further in the following activities:
Event planning & project management.
Recruiting event staff.
Managing preloading team.
Training and managing event staff to execute events.
Sending and monitoring outgoing (international) shipments
Proper communication and point of contact for our key accounts
For us, it is more important that you have the qualities described above than a completed education.
