About VR Expert
We are a full service VR/AR agency working passionately on the future of immersive media. Together with our clients we develop innovative concepts that push the boundaries of what is possible.Since our foundation 5 years ago, we have grown to 40 employees with a continuous reinforcement of 5 interns. In addition, we are assisted by an army of part-timers and freelancers. The energy and drive is high with an average age of 25 years. This is reflected in the atmosphere and enthusiasm at our beautiful office in Utrecht. For our location in Utrecht, we are looking for a logistics trainee, will you join us as an operations trainee?!
What do we do?
We make 360-degree videos. From a look at a coffee plantation in Africa to a fashion show in the Italian mountains to a shoot in a Moroccan Hammam. With our apps you can drive an excavator, check out the latest Adidas trainers or play a baseball game. All with the latest techniques in virtual and augmented reality.Our events department helps with hundreds of events each year. From small workshops to presentations for hundreds at a time. We market a number of products; applications for games, education and events. We sell these on a licence basis and they are becoming increasingly important. We work closely with marketing and event agencies and have offices in Germany and China.
What you will do?
In the Operations Department, you are an important link in the service provision to both our customers and your colleagues. In addition, you will support the Operations/ Logistics manager and contribute to improvements. As an Operations Trainee, you will face the following challenges:
Managing the inventory & procurement
Preparing VR sets.
Providing support and advice to customers and colleagues.
Scheduling and, if necessary, leading production services.
Various administrative activities.
Pro-actively proposing/implementing improvements in various processes.
What does your team look like?
Our team is young and driven. The average age is +/-25. This creates a relaxed atmosphere where passion is our greatest motivation. There is a lot of laughter, hard work and we are very proud of the many beautiful projects that we complete together.
Who are we looking for?
You are representative, customer-friendly and stress-resistant. You are able to quickly pick up the technical aspects of our VR events. You think along with the event manager and help improve processes. You can switch quickly and think in terms of solutions rather than problems.
