About VR Expert

VR Expert is a fast growing internationally oriented virtual reality/augmented reality company with offices in Utrecht, the Netherlands and Cologne, Germany. Virtual Reality is a technique that allows you to step into another world through a pair of glasses. Augmented reality places holograms in the real world. We provide VR/AR hardware and services to our customers. We help companies such as Rituals, Coca Cola, Heineken and Douwe Egberts through advice, excellent services and appropriate software.

Team description

VR Expert is a diverse company consisting of marketing specialists, an operations department, developers, 3D artists and creative concept makers. The average age is under 30, the atmosphere is informal, but our ambitions are big. You will start at the office in Utrecht where you will be part of the sales & marketing team.

What are we looking for

VR Expert is looking for a full-time sales manager Benelux.
  • You are fluent in Dutch (and preferably English).
  • You like sales.
  • You are good at making contact with people and getting them to commit to you.
  • You get pleasure from really understanding the technology (in this case vr/ar). Superficiality is not for you
  • Working in a process-oriented way is something you do of your own accord and provides peace and overview
  • You have ambition and are eager to learn.

Job description

You will be part of the sales & marketing team and responsible for sales in the Benelux. You will handle incoming online requests and you will actively search for new customers and commercial opportunities in the Benelux. Every day you will build on your network in the VR/AR world. Furthermore, you immerse yourself in the products so that you really know everything about them and always have the right advice at hand. You communicate daily with the marketing team and adjust/support where necessary. Furthermore, you have a lot of contact with the operations team to ensure that your customers get exactly what you promised them. You report directly to the CEO and work together with the sales managers of France and Germany.

Your Profile

  • HBO or WO
  • Fluent in Dutch and good in English
  • Young and super ambitious
  • Commercially-minded, proactive and self-managing
  • Capable of identifying, approaching and converting potential clients
  • Establishes long-term relationships with clients and develops propositions
  • Good eye for commercial processes and strategies
