I have no sound or low volume on the Pico G2 4K

If you have no sound or low volume on the Pico G2 4K, try the following steps:
  1. Make sure the audio pin is properly inserted into the audio jack at the bottom left of your HMD.
  2. Check whether the volume icon displays normally on screen, by pressing the volume keys at the bottom left of your HMD.
  3. If this has not helped, try restarting your Pico G2 4K and check the volume icons again to test the volume.
  4. If the audio still does not work properly, please change the earphones and test the volume again.
By now you should have sound again on your Pico G2 4K. If these steps have not helped you, contact VR Expert for further assistance.
