How to Rent VR Equipment for Your Business

Receive the equipment prepped a day ahead
We recommend placing your rental order at least two to three weeks before the rental period. Once your order has been confirmed, we will prepare the equipment based on your requirements. You will receive the rented products at least one day before the start of your rental period, so you have time to check everything before use. Where applicable, the equipment is delivered ready to use and configured according to the content, setup, or instructions provided to us in advance.

Use the equipment during the rental
You receive your rental equipment prepared for your planned use case. Whether it is for training sessions, demonstrations, workshops, events, or trade shows, we make sure the products are set up to support a smooth rental experience. If additional support has been arranged, a dedicated specialist can also be available to assist with setup, usage, or technical questions.

Return the equipment the day after
You return the rented equipment the next business day after your rental period ends. For standard returns, a printed return label is included in the delivery. Simply pack the equipment securely in the original box and place the provided return label over the original shipping label. For pickup, make sure the package is ready at the scheduled collection time. For drop-off, bring the package to the nearest post office.
