ManageXR Premium with Rooms combines the full ManageXR Premium device management licence with the Rooms live-session add-on for one managed XR device for one year. Premium provides the tools needed to configure, deploy, secure and support XR devices, including app and file deployment, kiosk mode, a custom Home Screen, remote screen streaming, usage analytics, the ManageXR API and Device SDK. Rooms adds a dedicated interface for running live VR classrooms, training sessions and events. Facilitators can view up to 30 participant screens in one dashboard, launch apps, WebXR experiences and videos across a group, identify users who are off task and remotely guide individual devices or the entire Room. The EDU variation provides the same Premium + Rooms functionality at discounted pricing for qualifying educational institutions and non-profit organisations.

ManageXR Premium with Rooms is designed for VR classrooms, group training, workshops and XR events. Facilitators can monitor participants, launch activities across multiple headsets and assist individual users from one dashboard.

ManageXR Premium provides centralised control over your VR and AR devices. Administrators can organise devices into groups, deploy apps and files, configure Wi-Fi and device settings, send remote commands and monitor device health from the ManageXR web console.

Rooms provides a dedicated dashboard for live multi-user sessions with up to 30 devices. Facilitators can view participant screens together, see who is on or off task, monitor battery status and quickly identify users who need assistance.

Facilitators can launch apps, WebXR experiences and videos across the full Room or on individual devices. They can also adjust volume and brightness, restart devices, re-launch activities and power off supported headsets. Content must first be deployed through the relevant ManageXR configuration.

Rooms can be prepared in advance and shared through a reusable link or QR code. When enabled, trainers, teachers or event staff can run the Room without a ManageXR account from a desktop, tablet or phone. Devices do not need to be on the same local Wi-Fi network, but each requires a stable internet connection.

Rooms is added on top of the full ManageXR Premium feature set, including app and file deployment, video and WebXR distribution, kiosk mode, the ManageXR Home Screen, custom branding, remote screen streaming, usage analytics, the ManageXR API and Device SDK.

ManageXR Premium with Rooms combines ongoing fleet management with a dedicated interface for classrooms, training sessions and events. The EDU variation includes the same Premium + Rooms functionality at discounted pricing for qualifying educational institutions and non-profit organisations.

Compatible Headsets
