The Aero is completing the reality portfolio of Varjo, moving a step closer to the vision of immersive virtual teleportation through their Varjo Reality Cloud™ platform. The aim of this reality cloud is “to harness the infinite computing power of the cloud to enable both capturing and sharing of the entire physical reality around us”.

Excellence in Display Technology
On the screen is where everything comes to life – where excellence is required. The VR-3 delivers photo-realistic immersion through their Full Frame Bionic display technology resembling that of our human-eye resolution.
Whereas the Aero increases accessibility with a more affordable yet industry-leading visual fidelity with their Biconvex non-Fresnel lens technology, letting in increased light, resulting in higher contrasts and edge-to-edge clarity. All in all, increasing the resolution of the Aero across the 114-degrees FOV with a lightweight form factor for long-term comfort.
Additionally, Varjo has set eye-tracking front-and-center with their 200hz tracking capability. Catching even the slightest nuances and ticks in the biometrics, making training sessions and product tests efficient and in-depth.
Varjo even took environmental tracking to the next level using LiDAR and cameras to achieve accurate representation of up to 5 meters – 16 feet – around the wearer. For example, develop a photo-realistic flight deck with the VR-3 and broadly deploy it with the Aero to train prospective pilots.
