The facial interface improves comfort & durability thanks to an all-leather design compared to the standard Foam Facial Interface found with the Quest 2, this enhances usage for longer gaming sessions. L-shaped ventilation holes avoid the headset from becoming dirty or uncomfortable due to perspiration again improving comfort during long or shared gaming sessions.

It certainly does. The facial interface is miles better than the original foam facial interface the Quest 2 comes with. The KIWI Design interface is thicker and softer on the skin, this provides more comfort for longer gaming sessions.
