Product Information of HMS Singray G2
The HMS SiNGRAY G2 is a standalone binocular optical see-through AR headset designed for enterprise and industrial applications. It combines spatial computing, 6DoF tracking and direct real-world visibility for remote assistance, guided work, inspection, training and spatial visualization.
Dual Sony Micro-OLED displays, on-device processing and a 51° diagonal field of view support detailed AR content without requiring a tethered PC. The replaceable hot-swappable battery, IP65 protection, OpenXR support and MDM-ready Android platform make the HMS SiNGRAY G2 suitable for organisations evaluating AR across manufacturing, field service, engineering, aerospace, defence and healthcare workflows.
Pros

See equipment directly with spatial AR overlays
The HMS SiNGRAY G2 uses binocular optical see-through technology, allowing users to see their physical surroundings directly while compatible applications overlay instructions, annotations and 3D content within the workspace. Dual Sony Micro-OLED displays provide 1920 × 1200 resolution per eye at 90 Hz and a 51° diagonal field of view, while electrochromic glass lets the display transparency be adjusted for different lighting conditions.
6DoF visual SLAM, four fisheye tracking cameras, ToF depth sensing and a 1000 Hz IMU allow compatible applications to position digital content relative to physical equipment and spaces. This makes the G2 suitable for workflows where information needs to remain spatially connected to the task, including guided maintenance, inspection, 3D model alignment and digital twin visualization.

Run professional AR applications without a tethered PC
The SiNGRAY G2 combines a Qualcomm QCS8550 processor, Intel Movidius Myriad X edge AI processor and 12 GB RAM for standalone computing. Compatible applications can run directly on the headset without a tethered workstation, giving teams more flexibility to use AR beside machinery, on the production floor, in training environments or at customer sites.
For application development and migration, the G2 supports OpenXR, Unity and the SiNGRAY Native SDK. Storage is available in 128 GB or 256 GB configurations with microSD expansion up to 2 TB. Existing enterprise AR applications should be reviewed, adapted where necessary and tested on the G2 before deployment.

Support guided work, remote assistance and training
The HMS SiNGRAY G2 is designed around professional workflows including guided assembly, maintenance, inspection, remote assistance and technical training. Step-by-step instructions can be presented within the user’s working environment, while hand tracking, head gaze and physical buttons provide different ways to interact with compatible applications. Its 8 MP autofocus camera, microphone and stereo speakers also provide the hardware needed for supported remote assistance workflows, including sharing the worker’s point of view with a remote expert.
The same spatial capabilities can support safety training, onboarding, product demonstrations, engineering visualization and digital twins. Teams can position 3D models in a physical workspace, review designs at scale or provide contextual guidance around real equipment. This makes the G2 relevant across manufacturing and industrial operations, defence and aerospace, healthcare and other organisations working with spatial information.

Manage enterprise deployments and reduce operational downtime
The HMS SiNGRAY G2 runs an Android 15 AOSP-based operating system and is MDM-ready for professional device administration. Authorised administrators can also use SiNGRAY G2 Configure to install applications, perform firmware and system updates, configure Wi-Fi, access diagnostic logs and manage files and media. This provides organisations with several routes for preparing and maintaining G2 devices as deployments scale.
The 2500 mAh, 19 Wh battery is replaceable and hot-swappable. Backup power keeps the headset operating while the battery is changed according to the user manual, so an active workflow does not require a complete device shutdown for a battery swap. The Single-Battery Kit includes one battery; organisations that want to rotate between batteries during longer operating periods can instead choose the Dual-Battery Kit.
