Facilitate is a no-code immersive training platform for organisations that want to build and manage their own VR training. It is designed for internal training teams, instructional designers and subject matter experts.

The browser-based editor allows users to create interactive training without programming or specialist development skills. This reduces dependence on external developers and makes it easier to update training when procedures, equipment or regulations change.

Facilitate helps organisations turn workplace procedures into interactive learning experiences using 360-degree environments, 3D models, videos, documents, questions and practical simulations.

The platform is suitable for safety training, equipment instruction, onboarding, compliance and process training across industries such as energy, manufacturing, mining, aviation, healthcare and education. Employees can practise tasks, procedures and decision-making in a controlled environment before applying them in the workplace.

Training created in Facilitate can be delivered through compatible VR headsets, desktop computers or web browsers. The platform supports major enterprise headset ecosystems, including Meta Quest, HTC VIVE and PICO.

Your organisation can therefore use the same training content across different devices and locations. Training can also be downloaded to supported headsets for use in locations with limited internet access.

Facilitate gives administrators one platform to manage training content, users, access and learner results across multiple teams, sites and devices. Teams can publish updates, track completion rates, assessment scores, attempts and time spent in training, then export the results or connect them to an existing learning management system through SCORM or xAPI.

The platform also supports single sign-on and recognised security and data protection standards, including ISO 27001, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR. This helps your organisation manage immersive training, compliance records and user access through a secure and controlled system.
